Chikere was the caretaker before Samuel came in. Chikere was retained by the landlord because he was a family man and he needed some space！The landlord never paid him but he received certain incentives and when Samuel came in, landlord was paying him. Imagine ordinary Estate Manager oo. To make matters worse, he always carried a file, wore tie and rests his hands on the handrail of every neighbour's corridor he visits while making deep inquiries as if he wants to take over the ownership of the compound from the landlord. When I noticed this, I was not happy as he was still a small boy！

When I called the landlord, he asked me if we have found the CSO's weight and I told him that that wasn't the main reason why I called him and told me to come over so that we could talk things over！When I got there, I told him that he needed to pay me so that I could let the cat out of the bag because the matter at hand needs urgent action. He got angry and said that I should kuku keep the cat in its bag since it didn't want to come out of it free of charge and I was shocked. Later, we settled at the sum of N150,000 and I told him everything and went home smiling like a PDP 2022 Presidential Primary Election Delegate and a returning office for that matter！

Episode III

By the time the landlord came in the company of some security operatives to fetch Samuel at once, he was nowhere to be found and they made a thorough search of his room which they gained access to through the ceiling as he had kept the room under lock and key and ran away！To everybody's chagrin, some fetish materials and a laptop were found in Samuel's room and it was even rumoured that he had falsified all the documents relating to the ownership of the building and was already discussing with an Onyigbo client on how they can swap deals.

After the security operatives left, we started laughing because the landlord later came back and made Chikere his official Caretaker of a compound of 52 tenants and vowed to make provisions for his monthly allowance and everybody was happy only for him to inform us that a Peculiar law firm had reconciled him and his family members and that they were now living fine now and in the midst of all this, the Cso rushed into his room, brought out a bottle of pure heaven （non-alcoholic）wine and popped it to the admiration of everybody and we rejoiced！

In that aura of great metamorphosis in the presence of an ever glowing audience of men and women, children and well-wishers, Jack de tiger went to a closed corner of the building and brought out the CSO's long lost weight so that he could start lifting again and we were happy for Chikere because he had been restored.
